Easy and fast preparation
Gold flour, coconut and almond flour - combined with a refined blend of herbs and spices - give the bread its extraordinary, fresh taste. Tastes like breakfast on the Côte d'Azur!

Easy and fast to home-baked bread: Simply mix the egg white bread mix with 380 milliliters of water to a dough and then make a loaf out of it. Place this on a baking sheet with baking paper or in a greased silicone mold and bake for about 60 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius - done!

Another advantage: your bread from APOrtha Küche & Co. can be stored airily (for example in the bread pot), but also in the fridge. It is much less moldy than regular bread, dries less quickly and lasts longer.

With valuable ingredients
With de-oiled gold flour, coconut, almond and pumpkin seed flour - combined with selected Provencal herbs - give the bread its Mediterranean flavor.
The baking mixture was developed according to nutritional principles and is made from selected natural raw materials in Germany. You get a high-quality product with natural vitamin and mineral content, lots of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and a lot of protein.

Suitable for a carbohydrate-reduced diet
The carbohydrate content is only 1.3 grams, of which only 0.9 grams of sugar per 100 grams of bread.
By comparison, conventional bread is 35 grams on average.
